I came to the South Shore from Montreal. I did the research, made the leap, and bought a home on the water. That experience, figuring out what’s real versus what’s marketing, understanding what the money actually buys, navigating the coastal-specific due diligence shaped how I practice real estate. I work with buyers and sellers across the entire corridor, from Peggy’s Cove to Liverpool, and my approach is the same regardless of where a client is starting from: honest advice, local knowledge, and a process that doesn’t waste your time.
